Packing
Everything travels on edge.
Faces separated with 2 mm closed-cell foam, EPS corner blocks, two-direction 19 mm steel banding, and heat-treated ISPM 15 stamped timber. Crates are built to 1180 × 820 mm so twelve fill a 20 ft floor with no dunnage gaps.
Each crate is stencilled with crate number, stone, finish, format and net area. Reported breakage across the last three years of shipments runs at 1.2 percent, credited against photographs.
